First nine weeks
For the first nine weeks of Spanish 3, I feel I have improved a significant amount since Spanish 2 ended. So far we have mainly just reviewed. We reviewed present, past, imperfect, etc. We have recently learned how to say what you have don by using the verb haber plus an infinitive with the endings -ado or -ido. We are also doing future tense, like saying I will do.... instead of I am going to. I am still having trouble with listening, but it is improving. My writing is too. I think that doing listening activities more is helping me improve with not only being able to listen, but being able to talk too. I am learning because I really like Spanish. I enjoy the language. I think it isn't too hard to learn and I believe it will help me in the future. My goals are mainly to remember all the different tenses. I am having some trouble in the new ones, but I pretty much have the older ones we learned memorized. My biggest difficulty is in any type of irregular conjugation form.
Second nine weeks
For this nine weeks, my vocabulary has expanded greatly. Through this nine weeks, the main things we have learned are: talking about how foods taste, using se + indirect object pronouns, double object pronouns, and talking about hopes and wishes. The many worksheets and activities are what have been helping me learn the best. I am learning Spanish because I really enjoy the language. I don't think I will further my progress with Spanish, however, I know what I have learned will help me in the future. I have met majority of my goals I had for Spanish three, such as having a basic conversation in speaking in Spanish.
